Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must be 18 years old and able to handle confidential information.
• Meets minimum state requirements for the position.

Responsibilities

• Comply with local, state and federal regulations and report illegal activity.
• Follow food safety, sanitation and safety procedures and programs.
• Understand and perform ordering functions with wholesalers.
• Follow guidelines on inventory management and ordering of medications and supplies.
• Maintain clean and organized workstations and customer waiting areas.
• Count, measure and prepare specified product per best practices.
• Complete billing procedures to ensure value to customer and company.
• Answer phone, triage inquiries, and assist customers as appropriate.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and process payments accurately.
• Provide a stellar customer experience while data entry and dispensing products.
• Assist pharmacist in responsibilities excluding professional judgment.
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and company privacy policies.
• Support company health initiatives and privacy requirements.
• Handle legend orders and central fill deliveries as needed.
• Work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment and manage conflicts calmly.
