SAI Apteka Pharmacy in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our dynamic team. You will assist the pharmacist in preparing and dispensing prescriptions, provide friendly customer service, and help ensure compliance with all regulations.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a pharmacy tech training program preferred.
Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) preferred.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in a pharmacy setting.
Strong attention to detail and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and dispensing of prescription medications under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
Provide outstanding customer service by assisting patients with inquiries and processing transactions.
Maintain accurate inventory levels and manage stock of medications.
Ensure all pharmacy operations comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
Accurately maintain patient records and pharmacy documentation.
Handle insurance claims processing and resolve related issues.
Collaborate with pharmacists and healthcare professionals to deliver patient care.
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines in the work environment.
