Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Pharmacy Technician to support our in-store pharmacy teams. You will help ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment, greet and assist customers, and maintain positive patient experiences while adhering to SOPs and state regulations.

The role emphasizes teamwork, dependable attendance, and a willingness to expand clinical and technical knowledge under supervision. Training and certification adherence are required where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state Board of Pharmacy requirements, which may include licensure or certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or active enrollment as required by state law.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Assist pharmacists by following SOPs and pharmacy workflow procedures.
• Provide empathetic, friendly customer service and support patients at pick-up, drive-thru, and by phone.
• Assist with inventory tasks, restocking, and ensuring accuracy in dispensing.
• Contribute to a respectful, inclusive team environment and assist with additional tasks as directed.
