Kroger is seeking a customer-focused team member to provide exceptional service in a health and wellness environment. You will support pharmacists, handle transactions, and maintain clean, compliant work areas in a fast-paced store setting.

Responsibilities include following safety protocols, processing orders, and assisting with health-related services while adhering to HIPAA and company policies. This role emphasizes honesty, integrity, and strong customer care in a community retail pharmacy

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to handle highly confidential information.
• Meets minimum state requirements for the position.

Responsibilities

• Comply with local, state and federal regulations and report illegal activity.
• Follow health and safety regulations and identify unsafe conditions.
• Understand and perform ordering with wholesalers and manage medications and supplies.
• Operate the cash register and handle cash, cards, and EBT transactions.
• Provide patient-focused health and wellness services within laws and company policies.
• Assist pharmacists and support HIPAA compliance and safety initiatives.
