Qualifications

• Active Colorado Pharmacy Technician License.
• Minimum of 1 year of pharmacy technician experience.
• Experience typing and processing prescriptions.
• Experience filling prescriptions in a pharmacy setting.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience answering phones and assisting customers professionally.
• PTCB Certification preferred.
• More than 1 year of pharmacy experience preferred.
• Experience with prescription delivery processes.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Type and process prescription orders accurately and efficiently.
• Fill prescriptions under the supervision of a pharmacist.
• Assist customers with prescription pick-up and delivery services.
• Answer incoming phone calls and address non-clinical questions from patients and customers.
• Provide excellent customer service both in person and over the phone.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe pharmacy workspace.
• Support pharmacists and team members with daily pharmacy operations.
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
