Job summary

Curative is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join our fast-growing team in Austin. This role provides operational support for processing and filling prescriptions and manages inventory in a non-retail environment. Reporting to the Pharmacist, you will ensure excellent customer service and smooth pharmacy operations.

Candidates must be detail-oriented, reliable, and possess strong communication skills. This role requires active Texas Pharmacy Technician registration and ongoing compliance with

Qualifications

2+ years of Pharmacy Technician experience.
Experience with an online prescription system.
Knowledge of medication and dosage measurements.
Knowledge of pharmacy law and medical terminology (SIG codes, brand, generic names).
Outstanding organization skills and keen eye for detail.
Proficient with MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access).

Responsibilities

Assist Pharmacist in filling prescription items.
Inventory control and preparation of orders for drugs.
Maintain a safe and clean pharmacy environment.
Respond to calls and customer inquiries.
Ensure HIPAA privacy and proper handling of PHI.
