• Proficient computer and data entry skills.
• Basic math skills, including unit conversions, for dosage calculations.
• Problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide incredible customer service with patience, empathy and care in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform accurate dosage calculations and conversions and ensure safe medication preparation and dispensing.
• Troubleshoot and address rejected insurance claims to support customers’ needs.
• Input prescription information accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA and company policies.
• Follow department policies for handling medications and inventory.
