• Strong problem solving abilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform accurate dosage calculations and conversions according to regulations and policies.
• Input prescription information accurately into system.
• Assist with troubleshooting rejected insurance claims for customers.
• Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and company policies.
• Handle medications following department procedures.
