Job summary

Apotheco Pharmacy in Paramus, NJ is hiring a Pharmacy Technician for evenings and weekends off, full-time. Prior pharmacy experience is a plus; CPhT certification is strongly preferred, and a high school diploma is required.

Responsibilities include labeling prescriptions, processing using pharmacy software, verifying insurance, maintaining inventory, and keeping patient data up to date. Excellent phone presence and MS Office skills are desired.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate (or equivalent) required.
• 1–3 years pharmacy or related healthcare experience preferred.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Label and prepare products for patients.
• Process prescriptions using computer software.
• Monitor storage and inventory of medications and supplies.
• Keep the pharmacy clean and organized.
• Complete insurance verification.
