Qualifications

• Specialized experience in hospital, retail, or pharmaceutical settings with knowledge of pharmaceutical nomenclature, strengths, and dosage forms.
• Experience with weights and measures used in pharmacy operations and repackaging processes.
• Familiarity with automatic pharmacy systems, label verification, stock rotation, and compounding procedures.

Responsibilities

• Verify accuracy of pharmaceutical labels and entries.
• Use automated pharmacy systems to enter and retrieve data.
• Rotate stock and manage repackaging and distributions of medications.
• Assist with compounding medications within a pharmacy setting.
