Job summary

OnePoint Patient Care, an affiliate of PharMerica, is hiring a Full Time Pharmacy Order Entry Technician in Oklahoma City, OK. This role supports a closed-door hospice pharmacy, entering and verifying data to ensure accurate patient records and timely service.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 12:00pm-8:00pm, rotating weekends 12:00pm-8:00pm. You will assist pharmacists and hospice staff while maintaining a high level of customer service for patients and colleagues.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years data entry experience in a pharmacy setting.
• Familiarity with pharmacy systems.
• Knowledge of standard pharmacy concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain professional composure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work cooperatively with technicians and pharmacists.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Pharmacy Technician License that is current and in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Enter, access, and verify the accuracy of data in the pharmacy system.
• Contribute to the efficient workflow of the pharmacy with high productivity and accurate work output.
• Establish and maintain patient profiles, including lists of medications taken by individual patients.
• Provide a high level of customer service by answering pharmacy phones and responding promptly to colleagues, patients, nurses, physicians, and hospice personnel.
