Maxor is seeking a full-time pharmacy technician to support our Community Health Pharmacy in Burlington, VT.

Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm, with occasional travel to two VT locations. Requires Vermont Pharmacy Technician registration, PTCB certification or eligibility within 6 months, and at least 1 year of retail pharmacy experience. Competitive wages and robust benefits are offered.

Overview

VytlOne is looking for a full time pharmacy technician to support our new Pharmacy in Community Health on Dorset in Burlington.

Hours of operations are Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm. This opportunity offers a great work environment, along with competitive wages and benefits.

The Community Health Pharmacy is owned by five of Vermont’s community health centers. By filling your prescriptions with this pharmacy, you will be supporting the mission and vision of our health centers to deliver quality, affordable medical care to the community. The pharmacy offers a full range of prescription and over-the-counter medications for all CHCB patients.

Estimated Salary Range:

$21-26/ hr depending on experience.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Assist pharmacists in providing effective, appropriate, and safe pharmacy services.
• Provide friendly and cooperative customer service.
• Enter patient data and prescription information accurately.
• Flexibility to travel to other 2 locations in VT based on business needs located in Lamoille and Burlington.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.Ability to read, write, and speak the English language in an understandable manner.Must be familiar with proper packaging methods and able to interpret visual aids used to convey specific packaging requirements.Must be able to fill out bills of lading and be familiar with various forms that are used and required.Must be able to operate various computer systems. Ability to work effectively with co-workers as a team member.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma/GED required
• Vermont Pharmacy Technician registration is required
• PTCB National Certification required OR must obtain within 6 months of hire. (Maxor Will Assist)

Qualifications:

• At least 1+ years’ experience in retail pharmacy is required
• Excellent customer service skills
