Responsibilities

• Fills medication orders for inpatient and outpatient areas.
• Non-sterile compounding, labeling and repackaging.
• Uses Pyxis, Pharmogistics, and CII safe.
• Delivers medications to units and maintains stock.
• Maintains records for controlled and non-controlled substances.
• Adheres to Department Compliance Plan for Controlled Substances.
