Job summary

Parkview Health's pharmacy department is seeking motivated candidates to join the inpatient pharmacy team as technicians across multiple functions. You will support pharmacists in procurement, preparation, storage, inventory control, distribution, and dispensing.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, Indiana tech licensure eligibility or current license, and roughly one year of pharmacy experience or related coursework. Internal tech training is available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Algebra/clerical/science courses preferred.
• Computer classes and experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and replenish medication inventory using automated dispensing cabinets and inventory management technology.
• Prepare compounded sterile products.
• Maintain controlled substance inventory with high accountability and accurate documentation.
• Communicate medication needs with pharmacist and nursing staff.
