Responsibilities

• Triage walk-in concerns by acuity, escalating low-drama cases to the on-call provider without delay.
• Recognize and elevate changes in patient status promptly.
• Cover float assignments across Airbnb's Carlsbad sites without losing a beat on continuity.
• Flag staffing gaps to the charge Pharmacy Technician before they become patient-safety risks.
• Assist in Facilitation procedures as second set of hands, narrating each step for the trainee beside you.
