Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Experience in a retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engages customers, greets and assists, resolving issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Distributes duties under supervision of a pharmacist, handling prescriptions and patient data entry.
• Maintains inventory, processes orders, and supports pharmacy operations as needed.
• Communicates with physicians and supports customer service excellence.
