Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Retail experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engages customers and patients, greets them, and offers assistance.
• Resolves customer issues to deliver a positive experience.
• Models customer service best practices with team members.
• Develops relationships with valuable customers.
• Assist in pharmacy operations under supervision of pharmacist.
• Enter patient and drug information in pharmacy systems and process prescriptions.
• Support inventory management and assist with clerical duties.
