Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (required).
• Willingness to work flexible schedule (including evenings and weekends).
• Six months of experience in a retail environment (preferred).
• Prior Walgreens experience (preferred).
• Good math skills for accurate prescription filling.
• Good computer skills and familiarity with store systems.
• Knowledge of store inventory control (preferred).
• PTCB certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist under direct supervision in the practice of pharmacy in accordance with regulations.
• Use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions.
• Coach technicians and cashiers if PTCB certified and support workflow in the pharmacy.
• Deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Greet customers, provide assistance, and resolve questions to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain relationships with local medical community and healthcare providers as needed.
• Assist with inventory management and ensure accurate dispensing and safety checks.
