Qualifications

• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior Walgreens experience.
• Prefer good math skills for counting and weighing medications.
• Prefer good computer skills and familiarity with pharmacy systems.
• Prefer knowledge of store inventory control and PTCB certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist under direct supervision in the practice of pharmacy and related duties.
• Process prescriptions, enter patient and drug information, and check for interactions.
• Maintain proper cash handling and assist customers at the OTC aisle as needed.
• Support inventory management, ordering, unpacking, and storage of pharmaceuticals.
• Contribute to a safe, patient-centric service experience and strong customer relationships.
