• Process prescriptions using pharmacy systems and enter patient and drug information accurately.
• Assist with inventory management and scheduling of workflow.
• Provide friendly customer service and engage customers to resolve questions.
• Handle cash and operate the register as needed.
• Report prescription errors to the pharmacist on duty and follow company policies.
