Job summary

Walgreens is hiring Pharmacy Technician and Pharmacy Technician Apprentice to join our Zebulon, NC store. You’ll interact with customers, support the pharmacist, and help build strong patient relationships as part of a patient-centered pharmacy team.

Our program includes an ASHP and Department of Labor–recognised apprenticeship that guides you toward PTCB certification. You’ll gain hands-on training, practical experience, and wage progression as you learn and grow in a fast-paced healthcare

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist under supervision in the practice of pharmacy and other Pharmacy Department duties as per policy.
• Use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions.
• Deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
