Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist under direct supervision in accordance with state, federal and company policy.
• Enter patient and drug information in pharmacy systems and process prescriptions.
• Support inventory management and aid in scheduling and workflow maintenance.
• Provide a positive, distinctive Walgreens customer experience to patients and customers.
• Handle customer interactions and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Participate in training and continuing education to maintain knowledge and skills.
