Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Prefer six months of retail experience.
• Prefer prior Walgreens experience.
• Prefer good math skills for prescriptions.
• Prefer good computer skills.
• Prefer knowledge of store inventory control.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist under supervision in the practice of pharmacy.
• Enter patient and drug information and process prescriptions using pharmacy systems.
• Fill prescriptions by retrieving, counting and inspecting medications; verify accuracy and interactions.
• Register related sales on the cash register and assist customers at OTC aisles.
• Assist with inventory management and coordination of clinical services as needed.
