Responsibilities

• Engages customers and patients, greeting them and assisting with products and services.
• Models customer service best practices to deliver a distinctive Walgreens experience.
• Under pharmacist supervision, assist in pharmacy operations and enter patient and drug information.
• Fill prescriptions by retrieving, counting and pouring medications and check for interactions.
• Assist with inventory management, ordering, unpacking, and storage of pharmaceuticals.
• Support the Pharmacy Manager and Staff Pharmacist in coordinating clinical services and outreach.
• Complete clerical duties and adhere to company policies.
