Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior Walgreens experience.
• Prefer good math skills for accurate prescription filling.
• Prefer good computer skills.
• Prefer knowledge of store inventory control.
• Prefer PTCB certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist under supervision in the practice of pharmacy.
• Use pharmacy systems to enter patient and drug information and process prescriptions.
• Provide a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Support inventory management: ordering, unpacking, checking, storing pharmaceuticals.
• Assist with clerical duties and processing of third-party claims.
• Support storage and handling of medications and adherence to policies.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers and participate in clinical service support as needed.
