Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings/weekends.
• Six months of retail experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic math and ability to count/measure.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with store systems are preferred.
• PTCB certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products/services to ensure a positive experience.
• Build relationships with valued customers and model great service.
• Assist pharmacists under supervision, enter patient and drug information, and help with prescriptions.
• Support cash handling, OTC assistance, and basic store duties.
• Assist with inventory, ordering, stocking, and coordination of clinical services when needed.
