Walgreens Co. is transforming pharmacy technician roles to be more patient-centered, offering training and advancement through an ASHP and DOL-recognized apprenticeship.

You will gain hands-on experience, work with state-of-the-art pharmacy systems, and develop strong patient relationships while supporting the pharmacy team. The program emphasizes obtaining PTCB certification and provides pathways toward senior technician roles.

Formación

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willing to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• PTCB certification preferred or obtainable through Walgreens training program.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the pharmacist under direct supervision in dispensing and related duties.
• Enter patient and drug information in pharmacy systems and process prescriptions.
• Support inventory management and cash handling at the counter.
• Respond to customer questions and provide a positive, courteous service experience.
• Assist in coordinating clinical services and community outreach as needed.
