Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacy Technician Apprentice in Wisconsin. You will be at the front line, interacting with customers and building patient relationships. The role includes training through an ASHP/DOL-recognized program to become PTCB-certified and advance within Walgreens.

You will assist pharmacists, handle prescriptions, and provide excellent customer service while learning to use pharmacy systems and participate in daily operations under supervision.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist under supervision in the practice of pharmacy.
• Use pharmacy systems to enter patient and drug information and process prescriptions.
• Provide a courteous, delightful customer experience and engage with patients.
