Qualifications

Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
Prefer prior Walgreens experience.
Prefer good math skills for filling prescriptions.
Prefer computer skills.
Prefer knowledge of store inventory control.
Prefer PTCB certification.

Responsibilities

Assist the pharmacist under direct supervision in dispensing medications and pharmacy duties.
Process prescriptions using pharmacy systems, enter patient and drug information, and support cashiers.
Handle cash and operate the register as required.
Assist with inventory management, ordering, unpacking, and storage of pharmaceuticals.
Support clinical services and coordinate with medical providers as needed.
Maintain compliance with pharmacy policies and quality programs.
