Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.
• Good math skills for accurate prescription filling.
• Good computer skills; familiarity with store systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Resolve customer issues and inquiries to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Assist pharmacists in dispensing and entering patient and drug information under supervision.
• Support inventory management and ensure proper stocking of pharmaceuticals.
• Handle cash/point-of-sale duties and assist customers with OTC products.
