Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment (preferred).
• Prior Walgreens experience (preferred).
• Good math skills for accurate prescription filling.
• Good computer skills (preferred).
• Knowledge of store inventory control (preferred).
• PTCB certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services to deliver a positive experience.
• Model customer service best practices and build relationships with valued customers.
• Assist in pharmacy operations under pharmacist supervision, including entering patient and drug information and filling prescriptions.
• Maintain stock, manage cash, and assist with inventory control and clerical duties.
• Support clinical services and coordination with healthcare providers as needed.
