Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English is required.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Six months of retail experience preferred.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist under direct supervision in dispensing and related duties.
• Process prescriptions using pharmacy systems and assist cashiers as needed.
• Provide a friendly, proactive customer experience and build patient relationships.
• Support inventory management and maintain accurate records per policy.
• Help with clerical tasks and maintain a compliant pharmacy workflow.
• Assist with clinical services and coordination with healthcare providers when required.
