Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior Walgreens experience.
• Prefer good math skills for accurate prescription filling.
• Prefer good computer skills and knowledge of store inventory control.
• PTCB certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist under direct supervision in the practice of pharmacy and related duties.
• Process prescriptions by retrieving, counting and pouring medications; verify accuracy and interactions.
• Enter patient and drug information into pharmacy systems; assist with cash handling.
• Support inventory management, ordering, receiving, and stocking of pharmaceuticals.
• Contribute to a positive, distinctive Walgreens customer experience.
