This role involves assisting the pharmacist, handling patient and drug information in pharmacy systems, filling prescriptions, and supporting inventory with a strong emphasis on customer care

Formación

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willing to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Six months of retail experience preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.
• Strong math and basic computer skills preferred.
• Knowledge of store inventory control preferred.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the pharmacist under direct supervision in the practice of pharmacy and follow company policies.
• Use pharmacy systems to enter patient and drug information and process prescriptions; assist with cashiers as needed.
• Provide a distinctive and delightful customer experience and resolve customer issues.
• Support inventory management: ordering, unpacking, stocking, and tracking medications.
• Attend training to maintain and advance pharmacy knowledge and certifications.
