Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior Walgreens experience.
• Prefer good math skills for accurate prescription counting and measuring.
• Prefer good computer skills.
• Prefer knowledge of store inventory control.
• Prefer PTCB certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists in dispensing and entering prescription information under supervision, and help maintain pharmacy workflow.
• Process prescriptions by retrieving, counting and pouring medications, verifying accuracy and checking interactions.
• Support inventory management, cash handling, and customer service tasks as assigned.
