Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.
• Good math skills for accurate prescription filling (counting, measuring, weighing).
• Good computer skills and knowledge of store inventory control.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist under direct supervision in the practice of pharmacy and related duties.
• Use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions; assist with and coach technicians as appropriate.
• Deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Perform duties such as entering patient and drug information, filling prescriptions, verifying medicines, and assisting with workflow scheduling.
• Assist with inventory management, receiving and storing shipments, and maintaining proper stock levels.
