• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Engages customers and patients, greeting them and offering assistance.
• Resolves customer issues and questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Models service best practices to deliver a distinctive Walgreens experience.
• Assists pharmacist and uses pharmacy systems to enter patient and drug information.
• Supports inventory management and basic clerical duties in Pharmacy.
