Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior Walgreens experience.
• Prefer good math skills for accurate prescription filling.
• Prefer good computer skills.
• Prefer knowledge of store inventory control.
• Prefer PTCB certification.

Responsibilities

• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and assisting with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Models customer service best practices and delivers a distinctive Walgreens experience.
• Develops relationships with valuable customers.
• Under pharmacist supervision, assist in pharmacy practice and use pharmacy systems to enter patient info and prescriptions.
• Handle basic cash transactions and assist with inventory management and clerical tasks.
• Support clinical services and coordination with Walgreens healthcare clinics as required.
• Build relationships with local medical community to foster growth opportunities.
