Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Performs duties as assigned by Pharmacy Manager, Staff Pharmacist and Store Manager, including entering patient and drug information.
• Fills prescriptions by retrieving, counting and pouring pharmaceutical drugs, verifying medicine, and checking interactions.
• Reports prescription errors to the pharmacist on duty and follows company policies.
• Registers sales on the cash register and assists customers to OTC aisle.
• May assist in inventory management, ordering, unpacking and storing shipments.
• Earns and maintains PTCB certification through the designated training program.
• Attends training requested by Manager and pursues continuing education.
