Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist under supervision in the practice of pharmacy and follow company policies.
• Process prescriptions using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information; coach junior staff if certified.
• Deliver a distinctive and positive customer experience in the Walgreens environment.
• Assist with inventory management, ordering, receiving, and storing pharmaceuticals.
• Support clinical services and coordination with external providers as needed.
• Register sales, handle cash, and guide customers to OTC products.
• Respond to non-urgent pharmacist calls and support clerical duties.
• Participate in quality improvement by reporting prescription errors and adhering to Good Faith Dispensing.
