Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English (except Puerto Rico).
• Willing to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior Walgreens experience.
• Prefer good math skills and computer skills.
• PTCB certification preferred or pursued as part of program.

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist under supervision in dispensing medicines and processing prescriptions.
• Use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and manage claims.
• Provide excellent customer service and build patient relationships.
• Assist with inventory management, ordering, stocking and verifying medications.
• Support clinical services and coordination with physicians and health groups.
