Work Schedule: 1st shift: 3 positions - Sun, Wed-Fri, 4am-2pm (will change to 5am to 3pm on 5/28/26); 2nd shift: 2 positions - Sun-Tue, Fri, 2:30pm-12:30am (will change to 3:30pm-1:30am on 5/28); 2nd shift: Sun-Wed, 2:30pm-12:30am (will change to 3:30pm-1:30am on 5/28); Overnight shift: 10:00pm-6:00am, Sun-Thu

Responsibilities

Summary: The Pharmacy Technician Fulfillment provides assistance in the preparation and distribution of drug products. The Technician is responsible for preparing the prescription medications via use of the fulfillment system.

• Process prescription exceptions which may include: resolving claim rejects and member and physician outreach.
• Enter member demographics and prescription information into the data processing system.
• Research and resolve rejected insurance billing issues and/or escalated member issues.
• Escalate questions regarding prescription to a Pharmacist for interpretation or provide direction on processing.
• Assist with inbound and/or outbound patient or physician calls.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School diploma.
• 2-4 years of Pharmacy Technician experience.
• Current Pharmacy Registration and Certification as required by state of operation.
• Basic computer skills.
