Remedi SeniorCare (a Clarest Health Division) in Maryland is hiring a Pharmacy Technician for our on-site closed-door pharmacy operation. You will operate Paxit packaging and dispensing equipment, manage packaging lots, maintain clean work areas, and support accurate labeling and inventory control.

The role requires MD Pharmacy Technician registration, high school diploma or GED, and at least 1 year in long-term care pharmacy; we offer comprehensive benefits, PTO, 401k, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current MD Pharmacy Technician license in good standing required.
• Minimum of 1 year in a long-term care pharmacy preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and troubleshoot Paxit packaging and dispensing equipment.
• Set up packaging lots and follow inventory schedules.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and equipment.
• Replenish supplies across packaging, dispensing, and staging areas.
• Respond quickly to equipment faults and workflow issues.
• Stage and tote prescriptions with accurate labeling.
• Communicate delays and inventory needs to the team.
• Adhere to Code of Conduct and Compliance policies.

Location: On site at our closed-door pharmacy (9006 Yellow Brick Rd, Rosedale, MD 21237)

Compensation: Starting at $19 - $21/hr (dependent upon experience and license)

Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:30 am - 4:00 pm rotating weekends

Reports To: Fulfillment Operations Technician Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and troubleshoot Paxit packaging and dispensing equipment.
• Set up packaging lots and follow inventory schedules.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and equipment.
• Replenish supplies across packaging, dispensing, and staging areas.
• Respond quickly to equipment faults and workflow issues.
• Use systems like Paxit Manager and Framework for order tracking.
• Perform audits, packaging scans, and short-fill checks.
• Stage and tote prescriptions with accurate labeling.
• Assist with bulk dispensing, labeling, and “owes” processing.
• Communicate delays and inventory needs to the team.
• The ability to adhere to Clarest’s Code of Conduct, follow Clarest Compliance policies and procedures, and report any suspected violations of any federal or state laws to either their direct supervisor, Human Resources or the Compliance Officer

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Current registration as a Pharmacy Technician with the MD State Board of Pharmacy is required (good standing)
• Minimum of one (1) year working in a long-term care pharmacy preferred but not required
