• Provides professional and courteous service by answering and triaging phone calls and responding to medication requests from nursing and outside customers.
• Delivers medication to patient care and procedural areas.
• Prepares & labels unit dose medications.
• Restocks automated dispensing cabinets.
• Performs basic inventory maintenance.
• Provides customer service: answering phone calls, responding to missing medication requests.
• Servicing departmental or outside customer medication requests.
