Compensation

• Hourly wage: $17 - $30 per hour.
• Actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
• Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and optional premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
