Job summary

Sinks Pharmacy in St. Clair, MO is hiring a Full Time Pharmacy Technician to assist the pharmacist and support the workflow in our community-oriented pharmacy.

You will process prescriptions, measure dosages, label medications, and ensure accuracy while delivering friendly customer service. Missouri registration is required prior to employment, and we offer benefits and a strong training program.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy technician experience preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of medications and dosage measurement a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable with strong time management and attendance.
• Missouri Board of Pharmacy registration before start.

Responsibilities

Job description

Sinks Pharmacy is a part of a fast growing, family-oriented group of independent pharmacies looking for a Full Time Pharmacy Technician to work in our St. Clair location. We are looking for a dependable Pharmacy Technician that will process and fill prescriptions. You will assist the pharmacist, under direct supervision and in accordance with state and federal regulations, with technical functions in the pharmacy. Such functions may include measuring, counting, labeling, record keeping, and communicating with patients and other healthcare professionals. Ensures customer satisfaction by handling each customer in a prompt, professional, and friendly manner. We are looking for high energy technicians who are motivated, able to multitask and have excellent customer service skills. Highly competitive pay rate commensurate with experience. Pharmacy Technician experience is preferred but not required, we will train you!

Pharmacy technicians must be registered with the Missouri Board of Pharmacy. Any person not currently registered with the Missouri Board of Pharmacy as a pharmacy technician must obtain registration prior to commencing employment in a Missouri pharmacy.
