The Pharmacy Technician - Medication Adherence supports a centralized Population Health Management (PHM) model by partnering with pharmacists and the broader care team to improve medication adherence, with a primary focus on Medicare Advantage populations while also supporting pharmacy-related access and affordability needs across all lines of business. This role focuses on identifying adherence gaps, conducting patient outreach, resolving access and cost barriers, and supporting interventions that impact Medicare Advantage Star Ratings as well as overall medication adherence and member experience enterprise wide.
