Job summary

Providence Swedish Medical Center in Seattle is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support the practice of pharmacy under the supervision of a registered pharmacist. You will perform delegated tasks, assist with drug distribution, compounding, and meticulous record keeping in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Ideal candidates have completed an approved pharmacy technician training program and hold the Washington Pharmacy Technician License; hospital experience is preferred.

Required Qualifications

• Completion of an approved pharmacy technician training program.
• Upon hire: Washington Pharmacy Technician License.

Preferred Qualifications

• 6 months Hospital pharmacy experience is preferred.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
