Job summary

Penn Medicine in Radnor, PA is seeking a Pharmacy Technician I for the Radnor Ambulatory Retail Pharmacy. This is a full-time, day-shift role with Saturday rotations and onsite parking.

The candidate will work under pharmacist supervision in a fast-paced environment, supporting patients and healthcare teams within a nationally recognized health system. Responsibilities

• Process and fill prescriptions under pharmacist supervision with accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist with medication histories, insurance authorizations, benefit investigations, and patient payments.
• Partner with pharmacists, clinic teams, and specialty pharmacy staff to ensure seamless medication access.
• Support mail-order and ambulatory retail pharmacy services.
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, providers, and Penn Medicine employees.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support reimbursement processes.
