Job summary

Walmart is hiring a Pharmacy Associate at the Lumberton, NC location to support customers with prescriptions and health needs. You will input and process prescriptions and help patients with product information in a fast-paced store pharmacy environment.

The role is part-time with shifts including Mid-Shift and Closing. Benefits include health coverage, 401(k), and paid time off; Live Better U education benefits are available and discounts apply to associates.

Job description

• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Hourly Wage: $16 - $29 per/hour

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Pharmacy associates focus on the needs of our customers as they entrust us with their prescriptions and health needs. They are responsible for inputting and processing prescriptions, supporting patients with product information, and providing customer service in our store pharmacies.
